Ingredients
- 1 roll of Webber Sausage Mild
- 4-5 potatoes
- 1 large sweet onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 stick of butter or equivalent of margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 large can of chicken broth
- 1 quart of half and half
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
- 4-5 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Brown sausage and drain
- Microwave potatoes
- Sauté diced onion and garlic cloves in butter
- Add flour and chicken broth whisk
- Add salt and pepper
- Add half n half
- Mix in the sausage and diced potatoes
- Simmer for an hour on low heat
